Custom Streetwear Manufacturing

A Streetwear Manufacturer That Builds From the Tech Pack Up

A streetwear manufacturer worth partnering with builds your garment from scratch — pattern, fabric, wash and trims — instead of printing on someone else’s blank. That difference is the whole game: the boxy drop-shoulder fit, the 400 GSM hand-feel, the garment-dyed colourway your customers can’t find anywhere else.

Linushi runs full-package cut and sew production for streetwear brands: we develop your pattern, source the fabric, sample until the fit is right, then run bulk with in-line QC. No tech pack yet? Our tech pack services turn sketches and reference photos into factory-ready specs before sampling starts.

Every order carries your neck labels, hangtags and packaging — retail-ready from the first 30-piece drop.

Materials & Finishing

Fabrics, Weights & Washes

Streetwear lives and dies on hand-feel. We spec every style by GSM and finish, and pre-shrink fabric so the oversized fit you approved in sampling is the fit that ships.

  • Heavyweight jersey — 200–300 GSM combed and carded cotton for structured tees that hold a boxy shape.
  • French terry & fleece — 280–500 GSM loopback and brushed fleece for hoodies, crewnecks and sets.
  • Garment dye — piece-dyed after sewing for saturated, lived-in colour and true vintage character.
  • Acid, stone & enzyme washes — faded, mottled and softened finishes via our acid wash clothing program.
  • Custom fits — drop shoulder, boxy, cropped and stacked blocks graded across your full size range.
  • Pre-shrink discipline — fabric relaxed and tested before cutting so bulk matches the approved sample.

Production Process

How Streetwear Manufacturing Works

Tech Pack & Design

Send your tech pack — or sketches and references we convert into one — covering fit, fabric, artwork and trims.

Fabric & Costing

We source fabric to your GSM and finish spec, then quote per style with sampling and shipping laid out clearly.

Sampling & Fit

Physical samples in 7–14 days per round; most styles lock fit and finish in 2–3 rounds.

Bulk, QC & Ship

Bulk production against your golden sample with in-line QC, then worldwide dispatch in 3–5 weeks.

Choosing Your Path

Custom Cut & Sew vs Blanks vs Print-on-Demand

1

Print-on-Demand

Zero inventory and instant start, but thin margins, generic garments and no control over fit, fabric or labels. Good for testing artwork — hard to build a brand on.

2

Decorated Blanks

Faster and cheaper than cut-and-sew, with decent quality ceilings. The catch: every competitor can buy the same blank, and your “oversized fit” is whatever the blank brand decided.

3

Custom Cut & Sew

Your pattern, fabric weight, wash and labels — a product only your brand owns. Historically gated behind big minimums; at 30 pieces per design, it’s now a first-drop option.

Many brands validate artwork on blanks, then move to custom once the audience is real. With a 30-piece MOQ, that switch can happen a drop or two earlier — before your fits and fabrics look like everyone else’s.

Questions Brands Ask

Streetwear Manufacturing FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for custom streetwear?

Linushi is a streetwear manufacturer with a 30-piece minimum order per design. That covers full custom cut-and-sew production — your pattern, fabric, wash, decoration and labels — not just printing on blanks, so a first drop can be tested without committing to hundreds of units.

How much does custom streetwear manufacturing cost?

Cost depends on fabric weight and quality, garment complexity, wash and dye processes, decoration methods, order quantity and shipping destination. A 450 GSM garment-dyed hoodie with puff print costs more per unit than a 200 GSM screen-printed tee. Send your designs and we quote each style precisely — no fixed price lists, because no two builds are the same.

Do I need a tech pack to start?

A tech pack speeds everything up, but it is not required. If you have sketches, reference garments or detailed photos, our team can build a factory-ready tech pack for you covering measurements, fabric specs, artwork placement and trims before sampling begins.

How long do sampling and production take?

Each sample round takes about 7–14 days, and most styles are approved within 2–3 rounds. Bulk production typically runs 3–5 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration complexity, plus shipping time to your destination.

What streetwear garments can you make?

We produce t-shirts and oversized tees, hoodies, polo shirts, jogger pants, shorts, bomber jackets, cargo pants and varsity jackets — all fully custom cut-and-sew. Fits include drop shoulder, boxy, oversized, cropped and stacked, graded across your complete size range.

Do you offer private label services?

Yes. Every order can carry your woven neck labels, size and care labels, hangtags, poly bags and custom packaging. Your intellectual property stays yours — designs are never resold, reused or shared with other clients.

Do you ship to the USA, UK and Europe?

Yes. Most of our streetwear clients are based in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. We ship worldwide via tracked express couriers, with DDP options available so duties are handled before delivery.

Can I start a streetwear brand with a small first drop?

Yes — small, focused first drops are how most successful streetwear brands start. With a 30-piece minimum per design, you can launch one or two hero styles, gauge real demand, then reorder winners and expand the line based on actual sales instead of guesswork.
