Performance Fabrics & GSM
GSM is the single number that decides whether a legging passes the squat test. We spec fabric to the garment — matching weight, stretch and finish to how the piece is worn.
Nylon-Spandex 78/22
200–320 GSM. The premium base for squat-proof leggings and sports bras — buttery peach-finish hand, deep colour vibrancy, strong four-way stretch and recovery.
Poly-Spandex 88/12
140–240 GSM. Moisture-wicking, quick-dry and the ideal base for all-over sublimation — training tops, tees, shorts and printed performance capsules.

Seamless, power mesh & more. Power-mesh linings at 120–160 GSM, brushed “buttery” interlock, seamless knits and recycled poly/nylon with anti-pill finishes.

What is your minimum order quantity?
As an activewear manufacturer built for new and growing brands, our MOQ is 30 pieces per style and colourway. That keeps your first run affordable while still giving you fully custom cut-and-sew production rather than rebranded blanks.
How much does custom activewear cost?
Price depends on the garment, fabric and GSM, the decoration method, order quantity and your finishing details. Heavier squat-proof knits and seamless construction cost more than lightweight printed tops. Once you share your spec, we give you a clear per-piece quote — we never quote fake prices before seeing the design.
Do I need a tech pack to start?
A tech pack speeds things up, but it isn’t required. You can send a reference sample you like, and our pattern team will develop and grade it into a production-ready spec. If you’re starting from an idea, our tech pack service builds the full documentation first.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Each sample round takes roughly 7–14 days, and most brands approve within two to three rounds. Bulk production then runs about 3–5 weeks depending on quantity, fabric availability and decoration, before quality control and shipping.
What fabric do you use for squat-proof leggings?
Our go-to is a 78/22 nylon-spandex knit in the 200–320 GSM range. That weight delivers full opacity under stretch, strong four-way stretch and recovery, and a soft peach-finish hand. Darker colours and mid-to-heavy GSM give the most reliable squat-proof coverage.
Can you make matching activewear sets?
Yes — matching sets are a core strength. Because we run everything in-house, a leggings-and-bra or leggings-and-tank set is cut from the same dye lot in the same fabric, so colour and hand feel stay perfectly consistent across the pieces.
Do you offer private label and OEM/ODM?
We do. You get full private label — woven neck labels, size and care tags, hangtags and branded packaging — and both OEM (build to your designs) and ODM (develop from our patterns) routes. The finished product carries your brand only.
