Rhinestone clothing is apparel decorated with hotfix crystals — flat-back glass or acrylic stones with a heat-activated glue disk on the back that bonds to fabric under a heat press. The result is high-shine, raised sparkle that no print method can copy.

We map your artwork to a stone layout, build a precision hotfix transfer, then press it onto garments we can also cut, sew and label in the same factory. Stones bond best on clean, flat, pre-pressed fabric, so every piece is heat-set with controlled temperature and pressure and then QC-checked stone by stone before it leaves the floor.
How The Process Works
From Artwork To Bonded Bling
Artwork & Stone Map
We convert your logo or design into a stone map — choosing sizes (SS6 for fine detail up to SS30 for fill), colors and spacing so the pattern reads cleanly at wear distance.
Transfer Build
Stones are set foil-side down into a template and lifted onto transfer tape, locking exact placement. This makes the design repeatable across the whole run — every shirt identical.
Heat-Press Application
The garment is pre-pressed to remove moisture, then the transfer is bonded at roughly 300–340°F with medium-firm pressure for 10–20 seconds depending on stone size.
Cool, Peel & QC
We let the bond cool, peel the carrier, re-press through a cover sheet to seat every stone, then inspect each piece for missing or shifted stones before packing.

Rhinestone

Embroidery

Rhinestone Clothing — Questions
How are rhinestones applied to clothing?
We use the hotfix method. Each stone has a heat-activated glue disk on the back; when pressed at the right temperature it melts and bonds the stone into the fabric. We set the stones into a precision transfer first, then heat-press the whole design onto the garment so placement is exact and repeatable across the run.
Do rhinestones stay on after washing?
Yes — when applied correctly with the right heat, pressure and time, hotfix rhinestones are durable through normal wear and washing. For longest life we recommend washing inside-out on a cold, gentle cycle, skipping fabric softener, and hang-drying rather than using high dryer heat. We can add care labels for your customers.
What is the minimum order for custom rhinestone clothing?
Our standard minimum is 30 pieces per design. That keeps it realistic for brands testing a new bling drop while still giving you factory pricing, private labelling and worldwide shipping.
