Compression wear only performs when the fabric, the pressure and the fit are engineered together — a logo on a generic blank will not do it.
We develop your styles from the fabric up: a fit block graded to your customer, the right nylon- or poly-spandex knit at a weight that holds, the compression level dialled to how the garment is worn, and flatlock or bonded seams that sit flat on the skin. Hand us a tech pack or reference sample and we turn it into a production-ready, repeatable style — branded as your own, never relabelled stock.

Performance Fabrics & GSM Options
Real numbers, not adjectives. Compression comes from the blend, the elastane content and the knit density working together — here is what we build in and roughly where each weight lands.
Nylon-Spandex Compression Knit
The workhorse. 78/22 and 80/20 nylon-spandex at roughly 220–320 GSM for firm, squat-proof hold; 82/18 for structured athletic compression. Higher elastane and a denser knit raise the pressure — smooth, durable and opaque at the right weight.
Poly-Spandex & Sublimation Knit
88/12 polyester-spandex around 180–260 GSM — moisture-managing, quick-drying and sublimation-friendly for all-over graphics. A strong choice for tops, shorts and lighter compression layers where full-coverage print matters.
Power Mesh & Recovery Knits
120–160 GSM power mesh for venting and support panels, plus higher-GSM graduated knits up to around 400 GSM for firm recovery and base-layer compression. Finishes on request: moisture-wicking, anti-pill, brushed hand-feel, recycled nylon or polyester.

Seamless jacquard logos knitted straight into the fabric, plus embroidery on looser layering pieces. We’ll flag honestly where dense stitching doesn’t suit a high-stretch compression panel.

What’s the minimum order quantity for custom compression wear?
Our standard MOQ as a compression wear manufacturer is 30 pieces per style for cut-and-sew production — enough to test a colourway or small capsule without heavy inventory risk. Seamless circular-knit programs can carry higher machine minimums, so ask us to confirm the figure for seamless styles first.
How much does it cost to manufacture compression wear?
Cost depends on fabric weight and composition, compression level, cut-and-sew versus seamless construction, decoration method, order quantity and finishing. We never quote blind prices — send your tech pack or reference sample and we return a transparent, itemised quote per style.
Do I need a tech pack to start?
A tech pack speeds things up, but it isn’t mandatory. You can start from a reference sample, sketches or a clear brief, and our team can develop the tech pack, fit block and graded size set with you before sampling.
How long does sampling and bulk production take?
Plan roughly 7–14 days for each sample round and about 3–5 weeks for bulk once the sample and fit are approved. Exact timing depends on fabric availability, decoration and order size, and we confirm dated milestones before production starts.
What fabrics and compression levels can you produce?
We mainly build compression wear in nylon-spandex and poly-spandex knits with four-way stretch, typically 220–400 GSM by garment, with higher elastane for firmer hold. Support runs light to firm, and we can engineer graduated pressure zones on seamless styles — share the feel or reference garment you want.
Can you produce private-label and custom-branded compression wear?
Yes. We manufacture under full private label and OEM/ODM — your custom neck and care labels, hangtags, packaging and logo placement, produced to your specs. We don’t relabel generic blanks; every custom order is built from your tech pack or approved sample.
Do you ship to the USA, UK and Europe?
Yes. We ship worldwide, with fitness and activewear brands across the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe among our regular destinations. We’ll align Incoterms and freight method with your launch timeline at quotation.
What’s the difference between seamless and cut-and-sew compression wear?
Cut-and-sew compression is knitted flat, then joined with flatlock or bonded seams — flexible for panelled designs, custom fits and lower minimums. Seamless is circular-knitted as one tube with built-in pressure zones and almost no seams, reducing chafing but usually needing higher quantities. We'll advise which route fits your garment and MOQ.
