Private Label Apparel Manufacturing
Private Label Clothing Manufacturer — Your Brand, Made To Order
Linushi is a full-package private label clothing manufacturer producing custom apparel under your own brand label — cut & sew, in-house printing and embroidery, woven neck labels, tags and branded packaging. As a hands-on OEM/ODM manufacturer of private label clothing, we take your tech pack from strike-off to shipped bulk, from a low 30-piece MOQ.
What Is Private Label Clothing
Private Label Clothing, Defined
Private label clothing is apparel produced by one factory but sold under another company’s brand name — you own the design, fit, fabric, labels and packaging, and the manufacturer builds it to your exact specification. It is how most independent and scaling fashion brands launch a collection without running their own production floor.
At Linushi, private label means true full-package (FPM) manufacturing, not just relabeling blanks. You bring a tech pack, sketch or reference garment; we handle fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, bulk cut & sew, decoration and your branded finishing. Every piece leaves the factory carrying your woven label, tag and neck print — never ours.
How Private Label Production Works
From Tech Pack To Shipped Bulk
Tech Pack & Design
Share a tech pack, sketch or sample. We refine specs, construction, measurements and a bill of materials so the garment is production-ready.
Sourcing & Sample
We source fabric and trims, run fabric strike-offs, then build a pre-production sample (PPS) for you to approve on fit, color and finish.
Bulk Cut & Sew
On approval, we grade the pattern across sizes and run bulk cut & sew, adding your printing, embroidery or wash in-house.
Brand, QC & Ship
We fit your woven labels, tags and packaging, inspect every unit against your spec, then ship worldwide to you or your fulfillment partner.

Private Label vs White Label
Which Model Fits Your Brand?
The terms get used interchangeably, but they are different production models. Here is the honest trade-off so you can pick the right one for your stage and budget.
Private Label
Your garment is designed and built to your spec — fabric, fit, trims and labels. Fully exclusive to your brand, higher control and margin, with an MOQ and a sampling stage. Best when you want a distinct product and a real brand identity.
White Label
You brand an existing blank the factory already makes and also sells to others. Faster and cheaper to launch, but non-exclusive — competitors can order the same base. Best for quick tests and low upfront risk.
How Linushi Fits
We run true private label full-package production — but with a white-label-friendly 30-piece MOQ, so you get exclusivity and control without a huge first order. Start small, prove the range, then scale.

FAQ
Private Label Clothing — Questions
What is private label clothing manufacturing?
It is when a factory produces apparel to your specification and it is sold under your own brand name. You control the design, fabric, fit, labels and packaging; the manufacturer handles sourcing, sampling, cut & sew, decoration and finishing. It lets brands launch a collection without operating their own production floor.
What’s the difference between private label and white label?
White label means branding a generic blank the factory also sells to other buyers — fast and cheap, but non-exclusive. Private label means the garment is designed and built exclusively for your brand, so no competitor can order the same product. Linushi runs true private label with a low 30-piece MOQ.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 30 pieces per style and colorway — well below the typical 50–200 piece minimums most private label manufacturers require. This makes it realistic for startups and small brands to launch and test a range.
Can a startup or small brand order private label clothing?
Yes. Our low MOQ, free mockups and sampling stage are built specifically for emerging brands. You can start with a small run, prove demand, and scale volume with the same factory as your brand grows.
What garments and products can you private label?
T-shirts, hoodies and sweats, streetwear, activewear and gym wear, outerwear, sportswear and teamwear, loungewear, polos, and accessories such as caps, beanies and tote bags — with your own branding on every piece.
What decoration and branding options do you offer?
Screen printing, DTG, sublimation, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, rhinestone and garment washes for decoration; woven and printed labels, tear-away tags, neck prints, hangtags and custom packaging for branding — all in-house.
What are your typical lead times?
Samples usually take about 1–2 weeks. Bulk production typically runs 4–6 weeks after pre-production sample sign-off, depending on garment complexity, decoration and order size. We confirm exact timing with every quote.
Do you ship worldwide, including the USA, UK and Europe?
Yes. We are based in Sialkot, Pakistan and ship worldwide, with regular delivery to the US, UK and Europe — direct to you or to your third-party fulfillment partner.
