Custom Clothing Manufacturer FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything brands ask before ordering custom apparel — MOQs, sampling, pricing, fabrics, shipping and how working with an OEM/ODM factory works.

Ordering & Minimum Order Quantity

What is the minimum order quantity for custom clothing?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces per design for teamwear and sportswear, and 30 pieces per style for streetwear and activewear. Most custom clothing manufacturers require 200 to 1,000+ pieces, so our low MOQ is built for startups and brands testing new designs.

Can I order custom clothing with no minimum or a small quantity?

We keep minimums as low as possible — 10 pieces for teamwear and 30 for streetwear — rather than true “no MOQ.” This lets you launch a small-batch collection without holding unsold inventory, while still keeping per-unit costs reasonable. You can split quantities across sizes.

Can I mix sizes and colours within the minimum order?

Yes. Your MOQ can be split across a size run (for example S–XXL) within the same design. Additional colourways are typically counted as separate styles, since each colour needs its own fabric and setup, but we’ll confirm the exact breakdown in your quote.

How do I place a custom clothing order?

Send us your designs, tech pack or reference images along with quantities, sizes and target delivery date through our contact page or WhatsApp. We reply with a quote, fabric options and a lead-time estimate, then move to sampling once you approve.

Samples & Tech Packs

Do you make samples before bulk production?

Yes. We produce pre-production samples and run 1–3 fit rounds until the garment matches your tech pack exactly. Bulk production only begins after you approve the sample, so there are no surprises on the full run.

How much does a sample cost?

Sample costs depend on garment complexity, fabric and decoration. Sampling is quoted separately from bulk and is often credited toward your bulk order once you proceed. Share your design and we’ll give you an exact sample cost with your quote.

Do I need a tech pack to start production?

A tech pack (sketches, measurements, fabric specs, colours and construction notes) makes custom production accurate and is strongly recommended. If you don’t have one, our tech pack service can build it from your sketches, samples or reference garments.

Can you manufacture from just a picture or sketch?

Yes. Many brands start with reference images, mood boards or hand sketches. We turn these into a proper tech pack and sample so the final garment is production-ready. The clearer your reference, the closer the first sample.

Do you offer free mockups?

Yes. We provide digital mockups so you can visualise placement, colours and branding before committing, plus physical strike-offs for print and embroidery approval before bulk.

Pricing, Payment & Lead Times

How much does it cost to manufacture custom clothing?

Cost depends on garment type, fabric weight (GSM), decoration methods, quantity and finishing. Higher quantities lower the per-unit price. Send your design and quantities and we’ll return a detailed, itemised quote — no guesswork.

How long does custom clothing production take?

Lead times depend on complexity, sampling rounds and volume. Sampling typically runs across 1–3 rounds, then bulk production follows sample approval. Share your tech pack and target date and we’ll give a firm lead-time estimate with your quote.

What payment methods and terms do you accept?

We work with international brands and accept common cross-border payment methods, typically with a deposit to begin production and the balance before shipping. Exact terms are confirmed on your quote — contact us to discuss what suits your order.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or repeat orders?

Yes. Per-unit pricing drops as quantity increases, and repeat or reorder customers benefit from existing patterns and setups, which reduces cost and lead time on subsequent runs.

Products, Fabrics & Decoration

What garments can you manufacture?

We produce hoodies, t-shirts, joggers, tracksuits, jackets, shorts, polos, caps, leggings, sports bras, sublimated team kits and more — across streetwear, sportswear and activewear categories, all made to your spec.

What fabrics and GSM weights do you offer?

Our fabric range runs from light 140–180 GSM jersey through 300 GSM French terry to 400–500 GSM heavy fleece, in cotton, polyester, viscose, blends and performance knits. We’ll recommend the right weight for your garment and market.

What printing and decoration methods do you provide?

All decoration runs in-house: screen printing, DTG, dye sublimation, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, puff print, rhinestone and acid wash. In-house decoration means no outsourcing and tighter quality control on every order.

Do you offer puff print, embroidery and sublimation?

Yes — puff (3D raised) print, flat and 3D embroidery, and full-garment dye sublimation are all done on our own floor. You can combine techniques on a single garment for a premium, branded finish.

Can you match a specific colour or Pantone?

Yes. We colour-match to Pantone references for fabric dyeing and print inks and confirm the match on your sample before bulk, so your brand colours stay consistent across production runs.

OEM, ODM & Private Label

What is the difference between OEM and ODM clothing manufacturing?

With OEM, you supply the original design and we build it exactly to spec, so the product is exclusive to your brand. With ODM, we offer ready-made base styles you customise and rebrand — faster and cheaper, but not exclusive. We offer both, so you can start on ODM and move to custom OEM as you scale.

Do you offer full private label manufacturing?

Yes. We provide full private label — custom neck labels, woven and printed tags, care labels, hangtags, poly-bags and branded packaging — so every touchpoint of the garment carries your brand, not ours.

Will my designs and brand stay confidential and exclusive?

Yes. Your designs, patterns, labels and packaging remain 100% your intellectual property. We don’t resell your designs or share them — no shared designs, no generic blanks. We’re happy to work under an NDA.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer, not a middleman. Your order is cut, sewn, printed and finished on our own floor by our own team — which means tighter quality control, direct communication and no broker markup.

Shipping & Working With Us

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We export to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia and worldwide with full tracking and door-to-door options. Shipping method and cost are confirmed with your quote based on destination and order weight.

Where is your factory located?

Our manufacturing is based in Sialkot, Pakistan — a long-established apparel and textile production hub — and we serve brands globally, primarily across the USA, UK and Europe.

Can you be a second manufacturing source for my established brand?

Yes. Many established brands add us as a reliable second source for capacity, backup or specific product lines. Send your specs and current benchmarks and we’ll show how we fit alongside your existing supply chain.

How do I get a quote for my custom clothing project?

Send your designs, tech pack or reference images with quantities and sizes via our contact page or WhatsApp. You’ll get a costing, fabric options and a lead-time estimate — usually within 24 hours.
