Nylon-Spandex Knits
Around 78/22 nylon-spandex at 200–250 GSM for mid-weight everyday training leggings, climbing to 260–320 GSM for squat-proof and compression builds. Buttery hand feel, four-way stretch, deep color and strong recovery — the premium legging base.
Polyester-Spandex
Typically 88/12 polyester-spandex at 180–240 GSM. Best-in-class moisture-wicking and quick-dry performance, and the go-to base for all-over sublimation-printed leggings. Recycled polyester and recycled nylon options available on request.
Brushed “Buttery” Interlock
Peach-finish brushed interlock at 220–280 GSM for the soft, second-skin athleisure feel, plus 120–160 GSM power mesh for pocket bags and panels. Triangle or diamond gussets cut from the self fabric complete the construction menu.
Finishes across all bases: moisture-wicking, quick-dry, anti-pill, brushed interior, and Pantone-matched custom dyeing.

Custom vs Blanks vs Print-on-Demand
Blank Leggings
Fast and cheap for logo-only branding, but fits, fabrics, and waistband constructions are locked to the catalog — and everyone else sells the same legging. High-stretch fabric also limits clean logo application on most blanks.
Print-on-Demand
Zero inventory, but POD can’t produce dense squat-proof knits, compression builds, gussets, pockets, or engineered waistbands. Fine for graphic tees; structurally impossible for a real legging program.
