Worldwide OEM / ODM Apparel Factory
T Shirt Manufacturer for Streetwear, Fashion & DTC Brands
Linushi Manufacturer is a full-package custom t shirt manufacturer producing cut-and-sew tees from just 30 pieces per design — from 100% combed ring-spun cotton everyday tees to 280 GSM heavyweight oversized blanks. Your fit, your fabric, your labels, built from a tech pack or a reference sample and shipped worldwide to the USA, UK, and Europe.
Custom Development
Custom T-Shirt Manufacturing — Built From Scratch, Not Relabeled Blanks
Linushi manufactures fully custom t-shirts through in-house cut and sew production: we source the fabric, cut your pattern, and stitch every tee to your measurements instead of printing on someone else’s blank. That means your brand owns the fit — the shoulder drop, the body width, the hem length — and no other label can buy it off a shelf.
Send us a tech pack, a reference sample, or even a sketch. If you don’t have documentation yet, our tech pack service converts your idea into factory-ready specs before sampling begins. From there we develop your fabric, dye to your Pantone colors, sew in your woven labels, and deliver retail-ready tees under your own brand.
- Your pattern & fit — graded size sets developed from your measurements
- Your fabric — GSM, composition, and finish selected per design
- Your identity — neck labels, tags, and packaging, fully private label

T-Shirt Fabrics & GSM Options
Fabric weight decides how a tee drapes, prints, and lasts. These are the ranges we run most for USA, UK, and European brands:
100% Cotton T-Shirt Manufacturer Grade — 160–200 GSM
Combed ring-spun 100% cotton single jersey, bio-washed for hand-feel and pre-shrunk for wash stability. The everyday retail standard: soft, breathable, and the cleanest base for screen printing and DTG.
Heavyweight & Oversized — 220–280 GSM
Dense-knit heavyweight cotton for structured, boxy streetwear silhouettes. Holds a drop-shoulder oversized cut without collapsing, resists twisting, and carries puff and high-density prints beautifully.
Blends & Performance — CVC, Poly-Cotton, Organic
CVC 60/40 and poly-cotton blends for reduced shrinkage and moisture management, polyester bases for all-over sublimation, and organic or recycled cotton available on request for sustainability-led lines.
Finishes: pre-shrunk, enzyme / silicone wash, garment-dyed, vintage acid wash, and Pantone-matched custom dyeing on every fabric above.
Variant Menu
Styles, Fits & Customization Depth
Every element of the garment is specifiable — this is what separates a custom t shirt manufacturer from a blanks catalog:
- Fits — regular, slim, oversized, boxy, cropped, longline
- Necklines — crew, V-neck, mock neck, custom rib width & height
- Sleeves — set-in, drop shoulder, raglan, long sleeve, cuffed
- Construction — side-seamed or tubular body, double-needle hems
- Details — taped necks, contrast stitching, hem side-splits
- Color — full Pantone-matched piece dye or garment dye per colorway
- Sizing — men’s, women’s, unisex; custom graded size charts
- Weights — lightweight 160 GSM through heavyweight 280 GSM

Fabric & Costing
We source the fabric to your GSM and composition, submit swatches and strike-offs, and lock the final per-piece cost.
Sampling & Fit
A pre-production sample is sewn to your size chart. Two to three revision rounds refine fit and finish until you sign off.

Bulk cut and sew with inline and final QC, private-label finishing, then door-to-door express shipping to the USA, UK, and Europe.
Honest Comparison
Custom T-Shirt Manufacturing vs Blanks vs Print-on-Demand
Custom Cut & Sew (Linushi)
Best for brands building equity. Exclusive fit and fabric, full private label, lowest per-piece cost at scale. Trade-off: a 30-piece floor per design and a sampling stage before bulk.
Decorated Blanks
Best for speed. Print on stock bodies and ship in days. Trade-off: a generic fit anyone can buy, another maker’s label story, and limited fabric or silhouette control.
Print-on-Demand
Best for zero-risk testing. No MOQ and no inventory. Trade-off: the highest per-unit cost, the thinnest margins, no custom fit, and no control over fulfillment quality.
Most labels validate designs on blanks or POD, then move winners to custom manufacturing — where a 30-piece MOQ makes the jump far smaller than the industry’s usual 100–500 piece floors.

FAQ
T Shirt Manufacturer FAQs
What is your minimum order quantity for custom t-shirts?
Our MOQ is 30 pieces per design. You can split those pieces across sizes within the same design and colorway, which lets new brands launch a full size run without overstocking.
What does it cost to manufacture custom t-shirts?
Pricing depends on fabric composition and GSM, the decoration method and print coverage, trims and labels, order quantity, and packaging. Heavier fabrics and multi-location prints cost more per piece, while larger quantities lower the unit price. Request a quote with your specs for exact pricing.
Do I need a tech pack to start manufacturing?
No. A tech pack speeds things up, but we can work from a reference sample, detailed sketches, or measurements. If you need one, we also build complete tech packs for you before sampling begins.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
A pre-production sample typically takes 7–14 days per round, and most brands approve within 2–3 rounds. Bulk production usually runs 3–5 weeks after sample approval depending on quantity and decoration, plus express shipping time to your country.
What GSM is a good quality t-shirt?
For everyday retail tees, 160–200 GSM combed ring-spun cotton is the sweet spot. Structured streetwear and oversized fits usually run 220–280 GSM. Note that GSM measures fabric weight, not quality — yarn type and combing matter just as much, which is why we default to combed ring-spun cotton.
Is 100% cotton better than a blend for printed tees?
100% cotton is the best base for screen printing and DTG because it absorbs ink cleanly and feels soft. CVC and poly-cotton blends shrink less and wick moisture, and polyester-rich fabrics are required for all-over sublimation. We help you match the fabric to your decoration method.
Can you manufacture t-shirts under our own brand label?
Yes. Every order can include your woven neck labels, printed care and size labels, hangtags, poly bags, and branded boxes, so the tees arrive fully retail-ready under your private label.
Do you ship to the USA, UK, and Europe?
Yes. We ship worldwide with door-to-door express couriers, and the USA, UK, and Europe are our primary markets. Tracking is provided on every shipment, and we handle export documentation for you.
